A wonderful way to celebrate mother’s day. Smiling staff that went out of their way to make the experience pleasurable. They had to deal with a difficult personality in our party (father-in-law) and they handled him exceptionally well! The food was fabulous - we will definitely be returning! (May 2008)
"Great wine list - save room for dessert!" by Adrienne

Grande Piatto brings Italian fine dining to the suburbs.
Start with some delicious three-cheese calzone while you select your main course (meat dishes, pastas and pizzas) and compatible wine from the well-constructed list. Be sure to check the specials on your place mat before ordering!
Save room for coffee and dessert. A shared hazelnut calzone or creme brulee would be a superb finish to a romantic dinner for 2!
We dined on a Monday night and we were the only ones there until 7pm, food was fast and DELICIOUS! We had the Funghi Bruschetta, Veal Bocconcini, Crab Lasagna, Baci and Creme Brulee for dessert. We will definitely been returning! by DJ_Mizit

Nice romantic place but not too posh. Left with a full stomach and had a great experience. Restaurant was full, but there were 4 wait staff on and we got served extremely quickly. Very reasonably priced meals (would be charged $5 to $10 more anywhere else). Found the place a little noisy, as there was a table of 20 next to us. Cost $77 for 1 entree, 2 mains, 1 dessert and BYO wine for 2. Great experience, would return with friends. (fabie - August, 2008)
