| The host preselects any two of the following entrees: |
| Crispy Soft Shelled Crab Served with a spicy tomato salsa on a crunchy oven baked bruschetta |
| Seared Scallops Grilled scallops topped with home made pesto and served with a crispy prosciutto and rocket salad |
| Ravioli Tasty two-toned ravioli including pumpkin and spinach with ricotta served in a napoletana sauce. |
| Tortellini Beef filled tortellini served in a mushroom, bacon and cream sauce. |

Guests can satisfy their appetites by selecting any one of the following main meals: |
| Sand Crab Lasagne Sand Crab Meat layered in sheets of pasta and baked, served with a lemon based sauce. |
| Pollo Bocconcini Chicken Breast cooked in a creamy gorgonzola sauce, topped with provolone cheese and served on a bed of garlic seasoned green vegetables. |
| Scallopine Fungi Veal sautéed in a wine and mushroom cream sauce served with roasted vegetables |
| Lamb Shanks Slow Pot Roasted lamb shanks in a garlic, rosemary, bacon, mushroom and Italian red wine sauce and served on a bed of creamy mash potato. |
